Scam, I visited the clinic because they have high google reviews, but please read the low ones. I made this mistake and didn’t read the low ones. Even from the way they replied to other people’s low reviews, it’s so unprofessional. I should’ve known better. I paid 50jod for panorama since apparently also polishing costs 30 JOD!! It took her 2 seconds to do polishing and it’s a general doctor that just graduated. I was never told it’s 30 frankly thought it’d be complementary because it was randomly discussed and done in 2 seconds, at best it would be 10 jod. The receptionist literally her whole attitude works like a scammer , she is trying to get out the most money she can from people. Again, this is obvious by their replies here and in real life, it only gets worse.

It is false that the price was discussed with my mom prior to polishing. It was never mentioned. You didn’t use any material on me yet, which is why your US-FDA approved argument makes 0 sense. It’s just a polish. Using personal information trying to argue with dissatisfied customers is also a very bad strategy and unprofessional. You lost a customer who could’ve benefitted the clinic with thousands but decided to scam them on first visit. Also what I really needed was a 3D scan so I could see the bone implant that I’ve done elsewhere if it’s good or not, instead you made me do 2 useless x rays in which the doctor wasn’t able to see enough of the bone, and so I didn’t even get the response that I came searching for.

I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and they needed to bring in another dentist for that. But before even seeing the X-ray they quoted me 4x the amount that another dentist quoted me for the bone graft. I also got a mouth guard there where they quoted 150 jod that I agreed to then I went to pay and they said actually it’s 200jod.

Edit: Wow! I read the response the gave. They have no idea what I got for my bone graft. Actual they asked me and I told them it was sourced from human. I’m changing to one star. My bone graft was sourced from human bone. I did have a membrane. I also got a new mouth guard which was much better quality than the mouth guard they gave me that didn’t mess tooth alignment up and probably won’t crack after 4 months of use which is what theirs did.

After their comment I have even less trust in this clinic. They are after money that is all. They have high prices and low quality. They are good at marketing but not dentistry. Amman has thousands of dentists. Find an honest one. They flat out lied in their comment.

Very welcoming place and top service. I had not much time with my work. The panoramic radio, a localised radio and the treatment were carried out according to the best standards. Hygiene is at the top, masks, gloves, instruments in plastics, protection not to swallow anything. The anaesthesia was perfect, the injection was not painful, neither was the work on the tooth, and light enough not to be too much and too long disturbed once out. The tooth decay close to the nerve was perfectly cleaned and treated in multiple ceramic layers. The provided explanations were clear and the result perfect.

My son posted a review regarding my daughter in law’s treatment at this clinic, and the reply was incredibly nasty.

We chose this clinic because of the deceiving appearance and the deceiving online reviews. We knew it would be expensive, but we did not care about the money because we wanted the best results. We paid thousands of JDs, and we would not have had a problem to continue to pay if the results were good! We did not leave this office for a “cheaper” alternative, as you so disgustingly claim.

My daughter in law had crooked teeth but never had an overbite or buck teeth. She now has an overbite somehow and her teeth are pushed out. Strange result for braces!! Every dentist we asked after (all professional and specialists) has been shocked at this poor result. The patient herself was extremely unhappy with the result and even left a negative review here as well. How can you claim that she was happy??

We met with the doctor, and he told us there is no more that he can do and that this is “how her teeth should be”??

Your reply to my son’s review, like your service, is full of unprofessionalism and deceit.

I brought my wife to get her teeth done and got a bunch of packages and was told many false misleading timelines and processes that ended up giving her an overbite then after confronting the owner I was told that all the work done was correct (which it was not) and was treated as if I was someone in the wrong for not being happy with my wife’s results so far after over a year of lies and false promises not mentioning how expensive it was compared to every other dental office. Then after consulting more than 3 different dental offices I was told by all of them that whatever was done to her top teeth was completely wrong and is the reason why she had an overbite. Thankfully I left this unprofessional dental office and now my wife is finally getting the results that we were looking for.

This place is the best place for my kid. They treated her very nicely, also there lobby is very calming with a tv on plays some calming music with nature. When my daughter went to the room where they were going to do a root canal, they played with her hair also was wait patiently when she was in pain. I recommend this place if your kid is scared of the dentist! 🙂

The clinic is very neat and inviting, with the latest technology and equipment. The team are very helpful; Dr Rawan is very professional and knowledgeable, kind during treatment and does her best to explain the diagnosis and process, Ms Lara at front desk is very friendly and upfront about pricing and treatment options. All this great service may come at a slight premium, but is definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

I choose this office from reviews on-line. I was more than pleased with the service from the scheduling people to the x-ray lady to Dr. Bayan to her assistant. These people really know what they are doing and the place is immaculate. I had a cleaning done and would come for any other dental need. They are extremely professional. The added bonus is that the staff speak English. I highly recommend them.

Service is good as well as the environment. But I have to say the price is incredible as well. They provided me with a total price for root canal surgery, 590 JOD in total per tooth, double even triple than many other clinics.
Everything is good, but doesn’t deserve that much, honestly. ( btw, they don’t have menu for each project price, they will list for u by themselves)

I want to share a review about Magic Tooth Clinic Dental Center because today after my mum had urgency to seek treatment they gave me nearly immediate assistance and from the staff to the dentists they were PHENOMENAL! The place is spotlessly clean, new, with a lovely kids area as well. I can't say enough good things about it. My mum had a panoramic XRay done, tooth extraction and they were fast too! My father in law is a great dentist so I have an high dental care standard 😂 and they were really magical like their practice name says 😂. I will be taking my whole family there

Do not recommend. Unethical practices. If quoted a price range, it is a lie. They have no intention of charging you anything but the maximum. Paid more than double the average price for the same procedure in Amman. Staff and facility are otherwise fine.

overrated overpriced. did a smallechck up on an infected tooth was referred to a surgical dentist. was never given antibiotics. they also want patient to prepay for the service. there quotation was an equivalent of a dentist in downtown Boston. but service was not even close to Sudan. I left with much worse pain than when went there I had to go to a 24 hour dental clinic

This is a great dental center! I go there with the whole family including our 11 year old son. Staff is super-friendly and the doctors are great and I would say their level of education is comparable to dentists in Germany or US. Instrumentation is state-of-the-art (very high Tech).
The place to go if you live in Amman.

Magic tooth dental center is amazing. Lara and Hadeel are both courteous and very helpful while there. They greet you as soon as you walk in with a big smile which eases any anxiety you have when entering. The Doctors are very thorough and very informative.

I suggest this place and it will be the only place I visit when in Jordan.

My experience visiting Magic Tooth was very satisfied. I went there for the first time but I was happy and surprised for the excellent service. The staff including the front desk employees, the technicians, and the doctors were very helpful, professionals, and always smiling. My special thanks to Dr. Mai Al-Tayeh and her health team of assisting dentists, nurses and technicians who treated my son effectively with core competency of teamwork, and performed with a technical, professional excellence and a spirit of humanity. The technical quality of the service was very high and the team showed high level of reliability and functionality. The center’s design is impressive, and its environment is beautiful, calm, and clean where individuals feel comfortable. There is even a playing yard for kids. However, what exceeded my expectations, strengthened my trust, and deepened my loyalty to this center is the warm smile and excellent communication skills and attitudes of the whole team: the dentists, the nurses, the technicians and the girls on the reception desk. Dr. Mai was confident and I could tell from her attitude that she was very strong, very positive, very trustworthy that she could help my son. Her confidence made me feel relaxed. She was empathetic and humane in treating my son, and also she was personal in dealing with him; interested in him more than just as a patient, interacts with him, and remembers him as an individual. She was thorough, but also respectful in dealing with us, the parents, and takes our input seriously, and tells us what we need to know in plain language and in a forthright manner. Now my son has recovered from bad dental infection after an in-hospital dental surgery under general anesthesia. Thank you to the fine dentists, nurses, and support staff of The Magic Tooth Dental Center.

The beginning of our 11-day holiday in wonderful Jordan wasn’t at all what we imagined: In the first two days I developed a nasty big fat root inflammation. My cheek was very swollen and it hurt badly.
After searching with Google I selected Magic Tooth Dental Center and after calling I could come in the same day. All the people we met were kind, caring, efficient, punctual and highly skilled professionals. They took their time for consultation and after deciding to let them do a complete root canal treatment they proceeded with care. They treaded softly, unhurried but deftly, were sweet and patiënt, delivered on pain relief and when an obstruction complicated the proceedings, the specialist just didn’t give up!
They took their time to walk me trough every after care step and gave excellent and detailed advise on how to proceed further, based on the x-ray, when at home again in Holland. The holiday was saved and after a few days the swelling and pain (in the meantime curtailed with meds) subsided. I highly recommend them when in need of a dentist in Amman/Jordan!

I took my daughter to a couple of clinics and she wasn't very cooperative and didn't let the doctors even touch her teeth. After I searched a lot l, I found this amazing clinic with outstanding services and amazing staff and doctor! It was literally like magic! I couldn't believe how comfortable my daughter felt!
